Dayana Lopez Artega

Dayana Lopez Arteaga, NP, is a nurse practitioner and women’s health specialist at Guardian Angels Health Center in Aurora, Colorado. She graduated from Regis University with her undergraduate and master's degree in nursing. Since then, she has worked in family medicine in Colorado. She enjoys working with all patients across the lifespan.

At Guardian Angels Health Center, Dayana works with families to ensure all their health care needs are met through quality mental and physical health guidance. She also specializes in women’s health care, and helps assist women with family planning and providing all the compassionate support they need so their new addition is healthy and happy.

Dayana has treated and cared for a variety of women’s health concerns, including birth control counseling, pregnancy, prenatal care, breastfeeding and lactation, as well as infant care. In addition, she provides patient education on sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and offers care for yeast infections, which are common during pregnancy.

Research indicates that women may live longer than men. For this reason, Dayana offers aging in place services to help older women enjoy their independence and live comfortably in their homes.

She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling.
